Sofía Arévalo Sierra
Sofia is an active gymnast and cheerleader, as well as a gymnastics coach. She is a cancer survivor, graduated from Sports Management and has a Master's in Therapeutical Personal Training, and she has a program with an association that helps Adolescents and Young Adults (AYAS) diagnosed with Cancer. She believes that sport has the power to cure and that is why she promotes and unifies her cancer program with sports connecting athletes with the patients, sharing routines to help them, and providing other kinds of support.
Entre Causas
The project will be a social business that holds sporting events (tournaments and competitions) with a cause (mainly focused on gymnastics and cheerleading) with each event raising funds and awareness for a specific social campaign, and the fund will also be used to initiate a Hospital Program which involved Therapeutical Personal Training for patients with long stays in the hospital so their recovery can be easier and faster.
