Interested in joining the International Olympic Committee?

Our culture is shaped by our vision and purpose to build a better world through sport. Working at the IOC – with people from over 70 nationalities – is not just a job; it also means becoming part of a global movement and a passionate community united by the power of sport.

The International Olympic Committee brings together people from all around the world to celebrate sport at its very best. Workplaces

Lausanne - Switzerland

Our headquarters has been in Lausanne since 1915, and is spread across two locations:

  • Olympic House in Vidy is our award-winning headquarters, designed with sustainability and collaboration in mind. It serves as the heart of collaboration and innovation for the IOC’s activities, providing a vibrant meeting place for IOC staff members, IOC Members and the wider Olympic Movement.
  • The Olympic Museum and Olympic Studies Centre, in Ouchy, is our cultural hub that celebrates the Olympic spirit and hosts part of our team. It is the official home of the world’s largest and most complete collection of Olympic heritage, including artefacts, archives, images, books and film.
Madrid - Spain

The IOC Group also includes two other entities in Madrid:

  • Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) was created by the IOC in 2001 to serve as the host broadcast organisation for all Olympic Games, Olympic Winter Games and Youth Olympic Games.
  • Olympic Channel Services (OCS) is responsible for content creation, technology infrastructure and operation, digital product development and data analysis activities to support the IOC’s Digital Strategy and the entire Olympic Movement.

The positions in these entities are advertised on this page, and the hiring process is managed by the talent acquisition team in Madrid.
