**BIO**

After studying accounting for five years, Marion is now working at the Paris 2024 Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She is passionate about sports and convinced that sport can change lives. This belief has inspired her participation in the IOC Young Leaders programme.

**PROJECT DESCRIPTION**

Marion’s project aims to promote the values of sport and Olympism, especially among young people without easy access to sports facilities. The concept is a turn-key programme for teachers to introduce and engage young people in physical and leisure activities.
