She is passionate about gender equality and social inclusion as she strongly believes in the interdisciplinary correlation of Sports, Values, Philosophy and Non-Formal Education.
The Cycle of Femmability
The Femmability Project uses goalball in team building workshops for companies/organizations and their employees to teach soft skills that can be applied in their daily professional lives. As the workshops are led by women with disabilities, it aims to create sport and employability opportunities for them and to promote social inclusion and gender equality through goalball, non-formal education and advocacy in Athens, Greece. Through the Femmability app, the project also has as a priority to engage the general public in order for them to become multipliers of this social change.
