**BIO**

Tumelo practices advocacy in Sports, Environmental Protection and Youth Development. He spends his time training, teaching and coaching young student Leaders in the National University of Lesotho and other Higher Learning Institutions as a youth development specialist at Higher Self Career and Executive Coaching.

**PROJECT DESCRIPTION**

The Higher Learning Olympic Values Experience is a Virtual Learning digital space that teaches the Olympic Values to students. The Leadership Experience teaches Olympic Values in Universities and colleges within Lesotho and aims to teach Olympic Values to the whole of African Universities and Collages by 2030. This sustainable Development initiative uses creative play Labs to simulate learning and coaching experiences for young Leaders. This social innovation space is a platform to shape and develop Sports Leaders and their Ideas through skills share and Learning of Olympic values. The project aims to transform students into ambassadors for the Olympic Values.
