This came to fruition for the first time during the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018, where the partnership opened up new horizons and helped accelerate the adoption of new technologies like 5G, artificial intelligence, immersive media and drones, along with other silicon solutions to enhance the Olympic Games.

As one of the leading names in esports, Intel also hosted a unique esports competition ahead of the Opening Ceremony, helping to engage young fans and new audiences in the Olympic Games.
