Shooting Touch

Lindsey Kittredge is the Executive Director of Shooting Touch, Inc. and responsible for overseeing all domestic and international operations of the organisation. Under her direction, Shooting Touch, Inc. has grown from inception as a local Boston basketball programme to an international NGO with work on three continents and seven countries, positively impacting over 15,000 youths globally since the organisation’s inception in June 2007.

Kittredge began her career in Sydney, Australia, working for Professional Public Relations (PPR), one of Australia's largest privately owned public relations firms. After her move back to the States, Kittredge spent the next eight years in Boston in both commercial and residential real estate marketing firms.

During her career in Boston, she grew to realise that her passion to use the power of sport to improve the lives of children outweighed her current career path. As her husband, Justin, served as a coach-mentor to urban youth in Boston, together they realised there was a greater need for accessible, sport-for-development programming for at-risk youth. With this premise, Shooting Touch was born and has grown into an international organisation, far outweighing any initial expectations of impact, outcomes and development.

Kittredge played Division I lacrosse at the University of Vermont, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development and Nutrition. She is married with two children.
