Beth A. Brooke-Marciniak is Global Vice Chair of Public Policy at Ernst & Young (EY) and Founder of EY’s Women Athletes Business Network (WABN). She is a member of the firm’s Global Executive Board and has public policy responsibility for the firm’s operations in over 150 countries. In addition, she is the global sponsor for EY’s Diversity and Inclusiveness efforts.

In 2013, Brooke-Marciniak founded WABN, a unique programme designed to assist elite female athletes seeking to make the transition from sport to successful careers in business and leadership.

Throughout her career, Brooke-Marciniak has been actively engaged in numerous civic and business organisations. She currently chairs the Board of Vital Voices and co-chairs the International Council on Women’s Business Leadership, both founded by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In 2017, Brooke-Marciniak received the Theodore Roosevelt Award, the top individual honour bestowed by the US National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). She has been inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, was listed 10 times on Forbes’ "World's 100 Most Powerful Women" list and was named Woman of the Year by Concern Worldwide.

Brooke-Marciniak played basketball at Purdue University, where she earned her undergraduate degree with highest distinction. She has received honorary doctorates from Purdue, Indiana University and Babson College.
