<strong>22 May 2020</strong> \- On 9 May, the Andorran NOC announced the death of its Vice\-President, Fran&ccedil;ois Garcia Garcia, at the age of 79\. He made a great contribution to the development of sport in the country\. He was a member of the NOC Board for 16 years between 2004 and 2020, and became Vice\-President in 2016\. He was also President of the national tennis federation \(2005\-2013\) and of the National Olympic Academy \(2008\-2020\)\. More details [here](http://www.coa.ad/5767-2/)\.
