Following the recommendations of the XIII Olympic Congress, the IOC Executive Board approved two updates on the IOC Code of Ethics during its meeting on 26 October 2010 in Acapulco, Mexico\. In the preamble, the Code now calls on the International Federations and Recognised Organisations to adopt a Code of Ethics\.&nbsp; Furthermore the Code now also obliges all Olympic Movement constituents to respect the basic universal principles of good governance\.
