The Tokyo Organising Committee today launched the lottery for the first phase of ticket sales for residents of Japan, marking the best opportunity to apply for the tickets to the world’s greatest sporting event. People living outside Japan will be able to purchase tickets through Authorised Ticket Resellers (ATRs).
What if I live outside Japan?
Ready to get your tickets? From 9 May 2019, ATRs can conduct promotional activities in their assigned territories and engage in Olympic ticket promotion prior to the launch of actual ticket sales, so be on the lookout. ATRs can then commence their ticket sales from 15 June 2019, though the sales launch date in each territory may vary depending on each ATR’s sales plans and schedules. To learn more about the ticket sales schedule, you can find your respective ATR here. As ever, fans are being reminded to take great care to purchase tickets only from official authorised sources.
