This project consisted of lessons and workshops that were taught using specially-designed academic kits. The lessons were conducted not only by the teachers, but also by Sochi 2014 volunteers, staff from the Sochi 2014 partner companies, Sochi 2014 Ambassadors and Russian Olympic champions.

In 2011, the Organising Committee estimated that 1,500 lessons were administered in 30 cities. By 2012, the number of lessons had increased to 100,000, reaching four million people throughout Russia in 2014.
