Join us at the ballpark for the first-ever Olympic Virtual Series Baseball Event! 

Whether you like swinging for the fences or pitching in the strike zone, you know baseball is all about batting, pitching and fielding. The virtual world of eBaseball is no different. So grab your PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch, register, and join us for a chance to compete in the Olympic Virtual Series.

eBASEBALL POWERFUL PRO BASEBALL 2020 is a baseball simulation with friendly, inviting character models. While the gameplay is easy to learn, only the most skilled will master the sport. No matter what your skill level may be, the Olympic Virtual Series offers the opportunity for everyone to play along!

There are two tournaments in this event at the Olympic Virtual Series — the Home Run Derby and the Baseball Tournament — and you can compete in both.

If you play on Nintendo Switch, you will have the opportunity to compete in the Home Run Derby. If you play on Playstation 4, you have the opportunity to compete in the eBaseball Powerful Pro Baseball Tournament. Both tournaments will begin on 24 May and qualification will run until 30 May.

On Olympic Day, 23 June, we will showcase the top players in the finals, broadcasted from Japan! The 11 best players from the eBaseball Powerful Pro Baseball Tournament, and the eight best players from the Home Run Derby, will all be invited to Japan to play the finals live. It will be an epic experience as competitors battle to be crowned champion!

If sliding into home, tagging for the out, or pitching the heat is the name of your game, then the Baseball Event in the Olympic Virtual Series is waiting for you. If you live in Japan, South Korea or Chinese Taipei, register from 24 May and join us!

• Players can enter both PS4/Switch tournaments
• A player can be selected for both PS4/Switch Finals
• Age limit: None (Agreement from Parents collected for under-age players)

How to participate:

You can participate and sign up through the eBASEBALL POWERFUL PRO BASEBALL 2020 game, starting on 24 May.

There is no age limit in the Baseball event. However, players below the legal age need permission from guardians to participate in the final event. To participate in one of the events, you need a PlayStation®4 or Nintendo Switch, own the eBASEBALL POWERFUL PRO BASEBALL 2020 game, and live in Japan, South Korea or Chinese Taipei.

Compete in the Olympic Virtual Series Baseball event on your PlayStation®4 or Nintendo Switch by going to the eBASEBALL POWERFUL PRO BASEBALL 2020 game, and sign up through the game.

Players can enter both the PlayStation®4 and Nintendo Switch Division. If a player gains rights to the Finals on both the PlayStation®4 and Nintendo Switch Divisions, the player can participate simultaneously.
