During these challenging times when so many people around the world are staying home to help fight the coronavirus outbreak, we're all looking for a bit of motivation.

We here at Olympic Channel are sharing inspiring and emotional moments to help us all stay safe, strong and healthy.

Here are five things for today.

1. Home Workout

Not quite at Morgan or Simone's level of strength and fitness?

Don't worry, most of us aren't!

Here's a slightly more doable workout with Team USA sprinter Alysia Montano.

Ready to do some donkey whips, hip switches and wall slides?

Get moving!

2. Read

Have the robots replaced us already?

No spectators? No cheerleaders? No problem. The Chinese Professional Baseball League has opened with robots standing in for humans, and they can make just as much racket!

Read the full story about the rise of the robot fans here.

Resistance is futile.

Yesterday we read about how French gymnastics star Melanie de Jesus dos Santos is taking Tokyo 2020 postponement in her stride, "I will be stronger in 2021" she says, read the full interview here.

But not everyone took it so well, Japan's world champ Seto Daiya was 'shellshocked' at first, but shock has turned to resolve to stay strong, read how he's got back to positive thinking here.

Today you can read about the much-loved road cycling maverick Peter Sagan in this feature, and the ageless Mexican diver who has some unfinished business at the Olympics:

The Rommel Pachecho story is here.

3. Watch

For starters, you simply have to watch Will Claye's new rap song 'Dreams don't die'.

Get it on right now:

Claye is a three-time Olympic medal-winning triple jumper, amongst the best in the world for almost a decade.

And he can rhyme too.

He made this new song as an inspirational message to fellow athletes, after the Tokyo Games were postponed.

The clip features Olympic hopefuls as well as US sevens star Carlin Isles and surfing ace Carissa Moore.

And don't forget, on Olympic Channel we have plenty of amazing Original Series for you to get inspired by.

From feature-length documentaries to mind-blowing Olympic shorts, there's something for everyone.

Like boxing? The People's Fighters is for you, more into ice hockey? Get comfortable and watch The Nagano Tapes, and if basketball is more your thing, then get the Golden Generation on.

Also, we have also added live TV channels where you can watch classic Olympic finals and Opening/Closing Ceremonies live on Olympic Channel TV.

4. Listen

And here's boxing's Wladimir Klitschko talking Atlanta 1996, Muhammad Ali and Anthony Joshua:

5. Stay engaged

Many people are turning to social media for fun, distraction and reassurance right now, and it's a time to stay engaged and in touch.

We love Ironman Jan Frodeno's home triathlon from yesterday: he finished it in 8:33:39 and raised over 200.000 euros to help the hospital in Girona, Spain, where he lives.

The 2008 Olympic champion breaks it down here:

And this is how sports commentators are keeping their game sharp.
