We love this challenge, Team USA athletes and Paralympians are washing their hands for the length of time it takes to tell us their favourite Olympic/Paralympic moment.
Hilary Knight picked winning the ice hockey gold medal at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics.

19-year-old Argentine swim sensation Delfina Pignatiello is sharing how she's staying in shape while staying at home.
Delfina (which means dolphin in Spanish fittingly enough) was the breakout star of the 2019 Lima Pan American Games.
Now she's staying in shape in quarantine and helping you to do do the same:

Cliff Jones is staying active and helping you to do the same.
Jones is an ex-Tottenham Hotspur striker and looks like he could still get on the end of a few long balls.

Reigning Olympic marathon champ Eliud Kipchoge has his say on the postponement of the Olympics:

The decision was made today to to postpone the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Indian star wrestler Bajrang Punia is going to donate six months of his salary to fighting coronavirus.
Punia, 2019 World Championship bronze medallist, works with the Railways as an officer on special duty in India.

When the Olympics do happen, there’s no doubt that Bajrang Punia will be one of India’s big hopes for a medal.

Tokyo 2020, originally set to be held from 24 July-9 August 2020 in Tokyo, will "be rescheduled to a date beyond 2020 but not later than summer 2021" say the IOC.
