With many of us staying home, Olympic Channel is giving you five things to do to stay active, stay positive, and stay healthy
During these challenging times when so many people around the world are staying home to help fight the coronavirus outbreak, we're all looking for a bit of motivation.
We here at Olympic Channel are sharing inspiring and emotional moments to help us all stay safe, strong and healthy.
Here are five things for today.
1. Home Workout
Staying active physically and positive mentally is more important than ever right now, and with a little imagination, you can make it work at home, even with nothing more than a chair!

Yesterday we gave you our exclusive interview with Pau Gasol who's dreaming of a perfect end to his career at a fifth Olympic Games in Tokyo where he would be 41.
We also saw how weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz is helping out in her hometown of Zamboanga, Philippines, despite being stuck in quarantine in Malaysia herself.

Today the news is in that the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials, originally scheduled for 21-28 June in Omaha, will now be held from 13-20 June, 2021 at the same venue.
Meanwhile marathon superstar Eliud Kipchoge has been urging athletes to continue training to avoid injury.
And in gymnastics French star Melanie de Jesus dos Santos is taking the Tokyo 2020 postponement in her stride, "I will be stronger in 2021" she says, read the full interview here.
But not everyone took it so well, Japan's world champ Seto Daiya was 'shellshocked' at first, but shock has turned to resolve to stay strong, read more here.
