バイオグラフィー

Mohamed Issangar was a distance runner who specialized at 5,000 metres. His major international medal came in 1994, helping Morocco win a silver medal at the International Cross-Country Championships, the first medal ever won by Morocco in that event. He also won bronze medals in the 5K at the 1989 Jeux de la Francophone, and the 1988 and 1990 African Championships. Issangar competed at the 1992 Olympics, the 1991 World Championships, and also finished fourth at the 1993 IAAF Grand Prix Final. He was killed when only 50-years-old in a terrible bus accident which killed 33 people.
