バイオグラフィー

Lecky Haller was a whitewater canoeist who competed in C-2 slalom at the 1992 and 2000 Olympics. He competed from the early 1980s to the early 2000s. In 1988 Haller and his partner, Jamie McEwan, won the inaugural overall World Cup in C-2 slalom, and won nine medals at the World Cup during his career. Haller won four medals at the World Championships, with a C-2 gold in 1983, silvers in C-2 and C-2 team in 1987, and a bronze in C-2 team in 1985. During his career he won 15 US titles.

Haller attended Washington College, where he played lacrosse. He was an honorable mention All-American in 1979 and made first-team All-American in 1980. Haller later became a middle school teacher in Asheville, North Carolina.
