Helmut Schmuck won 22 Austrian titles in 10000 metres (1990 and 1995), 25 km road running (1988-1990), half marathon (1993), marathon (1990), cross country-short (1990), cross country-long (1995, 1996, and 1999), and hill running (1988, 1991, 1993-1996, 1998-2000, 2003, and 2004).
