Speed skater Evi Sappl finished 12th over 500 metres, and 17th over 1,000 metres at the 1968 Grenoble Winter Olympic Games. She won the West German national all-around title the same year. Nothing more is known about her skating career.

Personal Bests: 500 – 45.2 (1968); 1000 – 1:35.7 (1968); 1500 – 2:31.1 (1968); 3000 – 5:43.1 (1968).
