バイオグラフィー

Erin Hartwell was a track sprinter who competed for the US at three Olympics (1992-2000), winning a bronze in the kilo time trial in 1992, and improving to silver in that event in 1996. Hartwell also won three silver medals in the kilo at the 1991, 1995, and 1999 Pan American Games. He won four medals at the World Championships, with silver in the 1994 kilo, bronzes in the kilo in 1995 and 1998, and a bronze in the 1995 team sprint. Hartwell raced on the roads occasionally, winning the GC at the 2000 Joe Martin Stage Race.

Hartwell later went into sport coaching and administration. He was President and CEO of Valley Preferred Cycling Center from 2005-08, and then was a manager for the Trinidad and Tobago Cycling Federation from 2010-11. In October 2008, he founded Athletics Cubed, a performance coaching company, for which he also serves as CEO. Hartwell’s wife, May Britt Hartwell, was also a track cyclist who competed for Norway at the 1996 Olympics.
