Champions Park
News
For almost the entirety of the Olympic Games period, Paris 2024 invites you to discover Champions Park: the temple of performance. From 29 July to 10 August, come and celebrate the heroes of the Paris 2024 Games! Visitors to the park will have the chance to meet athletes and experience key moments from the Olympics and Paralympics in an exceptional setting at the heart of Paris. Champions Park will be accessible to everyone—and free!
Champions Park will be located in Trocadéro Gardens, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower—a spectacular setting to meet with friends and family, as well as to congratulate the world’s best athletes following their respective competitions. This is really the DNA of Paris 2024: with it, we open the Games wide thanks to a concept that marries three key ingredients: athletes, fans from all over the world and venues in the heart of the city (here at the most emblematic site of the Games, with the Eiffel Tower as a stunning backdrop).
Opening hours
Champions Park will be open to the public from Monday 29 July to Saturday 10 August, but will be closed on July 30th, August 2nd, 3rd and 4th. For even more celebration, it will open its doors exclusively at 12pm on August 9 and 10, with an athletes' celebration at 3pm.
PROGRAMME OF SPORTS, CULTURAL ACTIVITIES & EVENTS
Every day at Champions Park will be marked by the celebration of the previous day’s medal winners. They will be invited to take part in a parade and meet members of the public, followed by live screenings of the day’s main finals in what will become an open-air arena. All in all, it's going to be an emotional experience for all those lucky enough to take part.
In addition to the presence of the athletes and live screenings of the main finals from the Games, Champions Park will feature several performances by artists and a range of cultural activities.

A CONCEPT CREATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ATHLETES
Athletes are at the heart of the Games, so it was an easy decision to involve them (through the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Commission) in the process of designing Champions Park. This concept is akin to a real walk of fame, similar to what was tested with the French medallists on their return from the Tokyo 2020 Games. They clearly enjoyed the moment!
Champions Park is a groundbreaking concept for the Summer Olympic Games, designed to deliver unforgettable experiences for the athletes. In an exceptional setting, the concepts of sharing and openness, celebrating athletes from all nationalities and all disciplines, have been the key words guiding the Athletes’ Commission, which, from the outset, has been supporting the project.
Everything has been done to make these moments unforgettable for the athletes and their families and friends, as well as for people visiting Champions Park—thus enabling everyone to enjoy the best possible experience during these moments of celebration.
