Can Coco Gauff end 2024 on a high?
The American tennis sensation will conclude her season at the 2024 WTA Tour Finals Riyadh competing against the best on tour, which she goes into as world number three.
It has been a solid year for the 20-year-old, reaching a career high ranking of number two and winning her second WTA 1000 title at the China Open in October to help her qualify for the WTA Finals for the third consecutive year.
Gauff will play three round robin matches in Riyadh, where a top two finish in the Orange Group would see her progress to the semi-finals.
She will face fellow American Jessica Pegula in her opening match on Sunday (3 November), a shot at revenge against the player who trounced her in the semi-finals of the 2023 edition.
Gauff then has the challenge of taking on two of the three Grand Slam champions of 2024. The American will play French Open champion and Olympic bronze medallist Iga Swiatek, along with Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova.
The order and schedule of Gauffâs remaining matches will be confirmed nearer the time. Bookmark this page and return for the full details once released.
