The 2022 park skateboarding world championships in 2023 will begin on Sunday 5 February at the Aljada skate park in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
The week-long competition, culminating in a final on Sunday 12 February, will see two new world champions crowned and provide skaters their first opportunity to bank ranking points as they attempt to qualify for Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Park athletes hoping to participate at the Games in France will earn their ticket based on ranking points which will be on offer at this event.
The field for both men and women's contests promises to be stacked with Tokyo 2020 Olympic medallists Keegan Palmer, Pedro Barros, Cory Juneau, Yosozumi Sakura, Hiraki Kokona, Sky Brown and Jagger Eaton headlining the 200 park skaters arriving in Sharjah for the contest.
