Medal action continues at the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou in the People's Republic of China with Day 4 on Wednesday 27 September 2023.

Some 39 gold medals are due to be awarded on the fourth full day of competition. Additionally, there are Paris 2024 Olympic qualification quotas to be obtained in sailing.
