Medal action concludes at the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou in the People's Republic of China with Day 15, the final day, on Sunday, 8 October 2023, before the Closing Ceremony in the evening.

Two Paris 2024 quotas (in duet and team) will be obtained by NOCs and athletes in artistic swimming, while three gold medals are up for grabs on the final day.
