The IOC Refugee Olympic Team Paris 2024 is currently in the making.
The IOC, through its Olympic Solidarity programme dedicated to refugee athletes, has started awarding scholarships. The process is being managed by the Olympic Refuge Foundation. To date, 41 Refugee Athletes Scholarship-holders are being supported and training hard in order to be selected for the Olympic Games in Paris. In addition, three athletes benefit from a transition scholarship.
As of June 2022, 44 athletes have been awarded a Refugee Athletes or Transition Scholarship. They are from 12 countries and live in 16 host countries. They represent 12 sports.

Olympic Refuge Foundation
Working in cooperation with the United Nations, international organisation, non-governmental organisations and other foundations, the Olympic Refuge Foundation supports the protection and empowerment of vulnerable displaced people through sport, and through the creation of safe spaces.
