T54 Paralympian Tatyana McFadden was diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder in February 2017. Despite almost losing her life, the multiple gold medallist was determined... to compete at the top level of Para-athletics again. "I wanted to continue... I love racing, it brings obviously much more than medals," she tells Olympics.com of her amazing recovery, culminating in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics in 2021.
