In the Women's Skeleton, Russia's Anastasiia Tsyganova won the Gold Medal by just three hundredths of a second. She was accompanied on the podium by Germany's Josefa Schellmoser with Silver and Sissi Schroedl with Bronze.

Day 1 of Ski Jumping and the Individual Competition. In the Women's, it was Russia's Anna Shpyneva who made it to the tpo of the podium and winning the Gold Medal. In the Men's competition the Gold went to Austria's Marko Woergoetter.

In the Men's Double it was the turn of Jaeger/Steudte (GER) to win Gold. Silver went to Rinks/Liepins (LAT) and the Bronze went to Karnaukhov/Chirva (RUS)
