Amy Millar: In the footsteps of my history-making father
Equestrian rider Ian Millar has carved out his spot in Olympic history. Until Paris 2024, he was the only athlete, male or female, to have participated at 10 Olympic Games. His daughter Amy Millar cheered him on at many of them, including Beijing 2008 where he took a silver medal with the Canadian jumping team. Now she is continuing the family legacy with her own, second Olympic appearance at Paris 2024, her dad close at hand as the team manager. We spoke to the athlete about her diverse Olympic experiences and the key lesson she learned on the way.
