If you notice unfamiliar activity on your account or you think that your account has been hacked, please follow the steps below to regain access to your account and make it more secure:

• Change your Paris 2024 password immediately and make it stronger:
  • On the login page, click on the “I forgot my password” link.
  • Enter the email address you used to register with Paris 2024 and we will send you a reset link.
  • When you create your new password, we recommend that you follow best practice for creating a strong password: Find out more.
• Change your password immediately for any applications or websites where you use the same password as for Paris 2024.

Contact with Paris 2024 will always be instigated by you. If you receive an email, text message or phone call from Paris 2024, please remember that we will never ask for your password or banking data.

If you have been the target of a scam, report the incident:

• Report the incident to the authorities – gather any evidence, messages and information you may have and report the facts on the French Ministry of the Interior’s dedicated platform: internet-signalement.gouv.fr.

If you have been the victim of a scam:

• Keep any evidence, messages and information you may have (identity, phone number, address, email contact, transaction ID, bank details, documents sent, website visited, etc.).
• Make a complaint to the authorities in your area. For business fraud offences, you can file a complaint online using the THESEE platform available on the Service-public.fr website.
• Inform your bank as soon as possible. If a payment has already been taken from your account, ask for a refund and indicate that you are filing an official complaint. Some banks require proof that an official complaint has been filed before they will process your application.

No other website has the right to sell tickets for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
