UEFA Women’s Nations League 2023-24: Full results and standings - complete list

The semi-finals are set for the first ever UEFA Women's Nations League.
France will host Germany with world champions Spain at home to the Netherlands.
The ties will take place on 23 February 2024, after the group stage drew to a close in December, with two quota spots for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games at stake.
As France already have a spot at Paris 2024 as the host nation, if they were to reach the final than the second spot would go to the winner of the third-place playoff.
France and Spain had clinched top spots in A2 and A4 respectively with a game to spare despite La Roja falling to defeat to Italy.
In the final round of fixtures, the Dutch beat Belgium 4-0 to win Group A1 at the expense of World Cup runners-up England.
The European champions trounced Scotland 6-0 in their final group game and thought Lucy Bronze's goal three minutes into injury time had secured them the group on goals scored.
But two late strikes from Damaris Egurrola - the second five minutes into time added on - saw the Dutch progress with a goal difference of +8 to England's +7. England's exit means there will be no Team GB in the Paris 2024 women's football tournament.
In Group A3, Germany were surprising held at Wales who claimed their first point of the campaign.
But they still made it through as Denmark went down 1-0 at home to Iceland.
