Korea Masters 2024: Vitidsarn claims first title since winning badminton world crown as Asian nations dominate finals - results

Paris 2024 silver medallist and reigning world champion Vitidsarn takes men's title at Super 300 event in Iksan.

Kunlavut Vitidsarn of Thailand took the Korea Masters 2024 men's singles crown on Sunday (10 November), for his first tournament victory since claiming the 2023 world title.

The Paris 2024 Olympic silver medallist and top seed in Iksan won the final in straight games (21-18, 21-18) over Wang Zheng Xing of People's Republic of China.

Putri Kusuma Wardani of Indonesia won the women's singles, beating China's Han Qian Xi. The scoreline was 21-14, 21-14 to the second seed.

Korean pair Kim Hye Jeong / Kong Hee Yong won the women's doubles on home turf.

Top seeds Aaron Chia / Soh Wooi Yik of Malaysia claimed the men's doubles for their first title of the year.

Chinese duo Guo Xin Wa and Chen Fang Hui won the mixed event.
