ISSF Shotgun World Championship 2022, live streaming: Indian shooters eye Olympic qualification - full schedule
The shotgun world championships in Osijek will be Indian shooters’ first chance to win quota places for the 2024 Paris Olympics and the qualifying finals are live on Olympic Channel via Olympics.com
Indian men’s skeet shooter Mairaj Ahmad Khan will look to secure an early ticket for Paris 2024 Olympics at the ISSF Shotgun World Championship 2022 in Osijek, Croatia, which starts from September 26.
Apart from the seniors' world championships, the International Shooting Sport Federation junior world championship will also take place at the same venue from Tuesday. All finals can be seen on live streaming.
Mairaj Ahmad Khan, a two-time Olympian, will be high on confidence after creating history at the ISSF World Cup Changwon in July. Khan became the first Indian shooter to win a World Cup gold medal in the men’s skeet individual event.
The meet at Osijek will see shooters participate in individual and team events in trap and skeet. The shooting event offers Paris 2024 Olympics quota places to the top four finishers in each of the individual events.
