The Nordic World Ski Championships will be hosted in Slovenia for the first time ever in 2023.

The ski jumping, Nordic combined, and cross-country skiing competitions will all take place in the impressive Planica Nordic Centre, from 21 February-5 March.

Winter sports powerhouse Norway will likely be the team to beat, and their cross-country skiing challenge will be headed up by reigning world and Olympic men’s sprint champion Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo.

Also keep an eye on Swedish superstar Jonna Sundling, who is the reigning world and Olympic women’s sprint champion.

In ski jumping, home team Slovenia will look to capitalise on their successful Winter Olympic campaign, with mixed team gold medallists Nika Kriznar, Peter Prevc, and Timi Zajc in their roster.

Other jumpers to watch out for include Stefan Kraft of Austria, Norwegian Halvor Egner Granerud, Karl Geiger of Germany, and Japanese reigning Olympic champion Kobayashi Ryoyu.

Below, we take a look at the full schedule of events, and how to watch the action in Plancia.
