Title favourites Belgium and Italy will face each other in the Euro 2020 quarter-finals starting Friday.
The Belgium football team put in a solid performance to eliminate Cristiano Ronaldo-led Portugal, the defending champions, in the Round of 16.
However, the influential Kevin de Bruyne and Eden Hazard both suffered injuries in the 1-0 victory and are likely to sit out the quarter-final.
Belgium’s attacking hopes now rest on in-form Romelu Lukaku, who has three goals so far, and Thorgan Hazard, who grabbed the winner against Portugal.
Italy, meanwhile, dug deep against Austria in the Round of 16, winning 2-1 in extra time with goals from substitutes Federico Chiesa and Matteo Pessina.

Co-hosts England come into the Euro 2020 quarter-final against Ukraine with a confidence-boosting 2-0 victory over Germany in the pre-quarters.
Raheem Sterling has been the standout player, having scored three of England’s four goals in Euro 2020, while captain Harry Kane scored his first goal of the tournament against the Germans. Much will be expected from the Sterling-Kane duo now.
Three-time Euros champions Spain will take on Switzerland - who earlier ousted world champions France - in the last eight while Denmark face the Czech Republic.
