Whether it's through creating your own events at home, singing, or settling down to watch some amazing sport - we have five suggestions for maintaining your positive mindset.

Seeing as it's also Throwback Thursday, we've also picked out some top moments for you stay strong during lockdown.

  1. Brush up on your Brian Orser moments

To start with, we are going way back to Calgary 1988.

Brian Orser and Brian Boitano went head-to-head in the men's Olympic figure skating competition, in what was dubbed the 'Battle of the Brians'.

Orser picked up his second Olympic silver medal.

Now, Brian Orser coaches some of the top names in figure skating like Yuzuru Hanyu, Evgenia Medvedeva, and Jason Brown.

Brian has been using video conferencing calls to keep his athletes in shape during isolation.

We will be giving Brian a call on Instagram so DM us your questions and join us tomorrow at 10:00 EST.

Set your alarms for your chance to see how your favourite skaters are coping and what advice Brian has for keeping active.

  1. Make time for a run

The 2020 London Marathon was supposed to happen this Sunday.

It was scheduled to be the first race that world record holder and Olympic champion Eliud Kipchoge was attempting after he broke the two-hour marathon mark.

The Kenyan instead will be watching the 2019 London Marathon from home (which he also won).

And seeing as it's Throwback Thursday - why not relive Kipchoge's rainy Olympic win from Rio 2016?

Kipchoge and rival Kenenisa Bekele joined us on this week's Olympic Channel Podcast to talk world records, Olympic plans, and mindset for these difficult times.

Some rare behind-the-scenes training footage was released by Kipchoge and Bekele's team on YouTube today. So, take a look if you are missing your long runs or need some inspiration from the very best runners in the world.

  1. Create a home heptathlon

World champion heptathlete and two-time Olympian Katarina Johnson-Thompson made her own multi-discipline event at home.

Competition was fierce but it was clear that her dogs, Chorizo and Bronx, are also talented athletes.

Join in (and bring your own pets) using the hashtag #homeheptathlon

If you need some crowd noise, then perhaps fellow Brit Jessica Ennis-Hill's home triumph from London 2012 will help to create the right atmosphere.

Also, don't forget that we've been showcasing the top home workouts on this special page every day, as we encourage everyone to #StayHealthy, #StayStrong, and #StayActive.

The USA basketball team from 1992 are remembered as one of the greatest squads ever assembled.

The Olympic gold medallists also helped make basketball a truly global sport.

We've put together a complete rundown of the whole '92 roster to see what happened after that amazing performance.

The Olympic Channel is live streaming every game of the USA's famous win in Catalonia.

  1. Sing

We've had confirmation: the USA track and field team will have their Olympic trials from June 18–27, 2021 in Eugene, Oregon.

US sprint star Noah Lyles will be one to watch there.

It's no replacement for competition, but he may also have something for your isolation playlist.

The World and Youth Olympic champ identifies himself on Instagram as a rapper and artist, and is supposed to drop a new album of music on Saturday.

But Lyles is not the first American track sensation to try his hand at singing.

Olympic champion Carl Lewis also released a few very 80s tunes.

This could be the excuse we need to dust off the karaoke machine.
