Are you in need of some Monday motivation? Olympic Channel has you covered.

Living in isolation is certainly not easy, and here, we have found five things to keep you entertained, productive and healthy during the lockdown.

Let’s get to it!

  1. Get a sweat on

No swimming pool? No worries!

Two time Olympic gold medallist swimmer Cate Campbell is certainly not taking her foot off the pedal when it comes to training in isolation.

Here, the Australian has provided some inspiration for a home workout that requires only something sturdy to hang on, and some water jugs if you want to make it more difficult!

  1. Make a crazy golf course

OK, so while reigning men’s Olympic golf champion Justin Rose has the unique benefit of having a putting green in his garage, he’s got us thinking.

If you’re a keen golfer, or even just looking to learn a new skill, why not create your crazy golf experience at home - inside or out?

All you need is a golf ball, a putter and a mug / bin / bucket to aim for. You can even get creative and add in some hazards (chairs?) to overcome.

Not that Justin even needs to putt... check out his hole in one at Rio 2016 here.

  1. Re-watch wrestling classics

One for the wrestling fans out there: re-watch some classic bouts with FloWrestling.

The online platform are putting some memorable full matches on their YouTube account, like this doozie between Olympic champ Jordan Burroughs and two-time world champion Kyle Dake at the world team trials in Nebraska, 2017.

Also, check out our interview with their fellow USA Olympic freestyle wrestling hopeful for the Tokyo Olympics Nick Gwiazdowski on the unlikely sources of his inspiration here.

  1. Learn some Olympic trivia

This one could come in handy for an isolation quiz, or even just to know something interesting about the evolution of the Olympic Programme.

Did you know that figure skating has been contested at the Summer Olympic Games?

  1. Caeleb Dressel podcast

We all know that 13-time long course swimming world champ Caeleb Dressel is an ace in the pool, but he is also becoming a media mogul too!

The American co-hosts a podcast with best bud and former college teammate Ben Kennedy, where they talk about everything from time management, to artificial intelligence.

This week they are talking about the importance of sleep.
