Sinclair made her debut for the senior national team at the age of 16. Since then, the forward has broken one record after another.

With 190 goals, she has scored six goals more than Abby Wambach of the United States, who is in second place on the all-time leading goal scorer list.

It is not enough to be the all-time most-capped women's international football player, as Kristine Lilly has 354 games for the USWNT, but it leaves Sinclair in second place.

Sinclair is not just a goal machine, the striker has also set up her teammates on several occasions.
With 55 she holds the record as the player of Canada women's national soccer team with most assists in history.

Between 2000 and 2018, Sinclair has been named the Canadian Player of the Year 14 times, which is more than any other player.
The 40-year-old was also named Canadian Player of the Decade for 2010-2019.

Sinclair started her club career in Vancouver representing the Vancouver Breakers/Vancouver Whitecaps in the USL W-League.
In 2008, she moved to FC Gold Pride, where the team claimed the WPS Championship.
Two years later, Western New York Flash signed the Canadian who helped the team to the 2011 WPS Championship and was named MVP in the final.
Portland Thorns FC announced the addition of Sinclair in 2013, where she has played ever since. The Thorns have won the NWSL Championship three times with the Canadian star in the squad.
