AFC Asian Cup 2023 final, live streaming: Jordan vs Qatar - where to watch in India

Hosts and defending champions Qatar will lock horns against first-time finalists Jordan in the AFC Asian Cup 2023 final at the Lusail Stadium on Saturday.

The Jordan vs Qatar football final is scheduled to start at 8:30 PM IST in India. The JOR vs QAT AFC Asian Cup 2023 final will be live streamed and live telecasted in India.

Qatar will go into the AFC Asian Cup 2023 final looking to win their second straight title. The hosts won their maiden Asian Cup in 2019, beating Japan 3-1 in the final.

Meanwhile, Jordan will be playing their first final. In their previous four campaigns, Jordan have never made it past the quarter-finals.  

Qatar have dominated the head-to-head record vs Jordan, having won six of the nine meetings. Jordan have won twice while one match ended in a draw.

This is the first time Qatar will be taking on Jordan in an AFC Asian Cup match.

World No. 87 Jordan have been the surprise package of the tournament, having upset higher-ranked teams like Iraq and the Republic of Korea in the knockout rounds. En route to the final, Jordan scored 12 goals while conceding just five.

Qatar, 58th in the world football rankings, have scored 11 and conceded just four.

With five goals and three assists in six matches, Akram Afif has been Qatar’s go-to man for goals this campaign. Afif is also second in the AFC Asian Cup 2023 top scorer’s list, which is currently led by Iraq’s Aymen Hussein with six strikes.

For Jordan, Yazan Abdallah Alnaimat and Musa Al-Taamari have scored three goals each.
