3x3 basketball stars from across the world will be descending on Vienna, Austria for the eighth edition of the FIBA 3x3 World Cup from 30 May – 4 June.
The event, streaming live on Olympics.com, will see 20 men’s and 20 women’s teams battle it under the might of Vienna’s City Hall (Rathaus) for the chance to be named World champions.
Out to defend their title in the men’s competition will be world number one side Serbia, who clinched their fifth crown last year in Antwerp. In the women’s contest, France will arrive as the reigning champions.
If the stakes weren’t already high enough this year’s tournament results will also play a role in the qualification process for Paris 2024 with tickets for the second, cup-based Olympic Qualifying Tournament (OQTs) taking place next year up for grabs.
Here's all the information you need to enjoy every bit of the action.
2023 FIBA 3x3 World Cup: Format and pools
