The United States continued the defence of their title with a 77-63 win against China on day three of the 2022 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup.
Olympic Champions USA became the first team to book their place in the quarter-finals in Sydney, Australia, at an event which offers a Paris 2024 quota spot.
A'ja Wilson top scored with 20 for the U.S. as Chelsea Gray and Alyssa Thomas (pictured) both weighed in with 12.

Later in the day in other Group A action, Kang Leeseul led the Republic of Korea to a memorable and dominant 99-66 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kang scored 37 points to bring her country their first win at the World Cup in 12 years.
The day wrapped up with a thriller as Belgium edged Puerto Rico 68-65 thanks largely to Kyara Linskens' 24-point display.
