This event took place on 05/08/2021 at the Izu Velodrome, Izu-Shi. It includes the Women's Keirin Finals and Victory Ceremony, the Men's Omnium Scratch, Tempo, Elimination, Points Race and Victory Ceremony as well as the Men's Sprint 1/8 Finals and Repechages, the Quarterfinals and the the Race for 5th to 8th Places.
