PROJECT:
UNITED MAROC
What We Do: At United Africa (Ex United Maroc), we use sport as a tool to empower communities and promote inclusion across Morocco and Africa. We are proud to be hosting the first Basketball 3x3 Academy and referee school in Africa, making structured sports practice accessible, diverse, and inclusive. Through coaching sessions, leadership workshops, and tournaments, we aim to foster skill development, gender equality, and social cohesion.
How We Do It: Our approach combines education, training, and competition, empowering youth with the tools they need to thrive both on and off the court. Initiatives like the ""Play In Green"" blend sports and environmental sustainability, while the ""Whistle for Change"" program enhances employability and life skills through referee training. Recognised with the IMPACT 2024 label, we lead with innovation and purpose.
How Far We’ve Come: With a footprint across Morocco, Senegal, Gabon and Rwanda, United Africa has positively impacted a youth generation in Africa. By addressing social challenges and championing inclusion, we are transforming sport into a sustainable force for development.
