Kamil is a beachvolleyball player and coach, 2021-2024 IOC Young Leader. His project Šanca Športovať (Sport Chance) provides sports opportunities to underprivileged children by organising OLY-BEACH camps. Currently, he is based in Prague and works for Czech Olympic Committee, preparing big sport events in Czech Republic.

What we do: At Šanca Športovať we provide sports opportunities to underprivileged children.
How we do it? : We organise OLY-BEACH camps for children from the orphanages and socially disadvantaged families. During these camps we educate children about the olympic values and give them the opportunity to learn basics skills of beachvolleyball.
How far we’ve come: We already did 4 camps and for the next year we are planning to create beachvolleyball trainings on a regular basis. We would love to turn the project into a social business by providing similar OLY-BEACH camps as teambuildings for corporate companies.
