IOC Session Lima

The IOC Session was held from 13 to 15 September in Lima, Peru. It was preceded by a meeting of the IOC Executive Board (EB) on 11 and 12 September. The press conference of the EB and the entire Session were broadcast live and you can watch them on the player further down on this page.

What is the IOC Session?

The Session is the general assembly of the IOC members. The supreme body of the IOC, its decisions are final. An ordinary Session is held once a year. Extraordinary Sessions may be convened by the President or upon the written request of at least one-third of the members.
