The 139th IOC Session is held at the China National Convention Centre (CNCC) in Beijing on 3 and 19 February 2022 and in Lausanne on 20 May 2022.

      The Session is the general assembly of the IOC members. The supreme body of the IOC, its decisions are final. An ordinary Session is held once a year. Extraordinary Sessions may be convened by the President or upon the written request of at least one-third of the members.
