Known for her environmental commitment, she has claimed the WSL XXL Awards time and again, solidifying her position as the premier big-wave surfer globally since 2019.

She has repeatedly taken on the mightiest waves ever conquered by a woman. Beyond these remarkable feats, Justine is a world champion in stand-up paddleboarding and has secured the runner-up world title four times across three different disciplines, showcasing her extraordinary versatility as a surfer. Aware of the environmental footprint of her sport, she strives for carbon neutrality by annually calculating her carbon footprint and implementing strategies to understand and minimise it. Moreover, she channels funds equal to her carbon footprint into environmental charities, showcasing her dedication to safeguarding our planet.
