In an exclusive interview, The President of Basketball Operations for the Raptors, Masai Ujiri, tells us how a drive for diversity, equality, and a more... gender-balanced organisation was behind the team's first ever NBA Championship title in 2019, saying, "When we came to Toronto, I was intentional in saying, 'we're going to hire women'... We can't oppress these young girls and these young women anymore."
