Khankan lost to Switzerland's Daniel Eich in the Pool D 100kg bout at Paris 2024 after his opponent scored two waza-aris within the first minute of the contest. The 30-year-old also competed in the mixed team event, where he was defeated by Spain's Nikoloz Sherazadashvili.
